An effective plan should always be made-to-measure to the strength level, goals, physique and schedule. A “good” pre-printed plan is completely useless without feedbacks. If a skill is learned the wrong way, or weight is put on a flawed lift, the risk of injury is higher and the athlete will have to take a step back. This is why pre-printed plans are a waste of money. We provide individualized plans with weekly technique feedbacks.
